the idea  came from the hoover itself, I pulled it apart, stripped the paint off and construction began, matched the paint to the orange vinyl and the cord, carpeted the base and put a solid brass edging on it to make it really practical. It's a bonkers idea but it really works, dimension are length 51 inches, width 27 1/2 inches and height 14 1/2 inches.
